She could not describe how severe the time had seemed, but continued to live as if nothing had happened. days week months and years passed but still it seemed like each second burned a mark in her heart. she wanted to let go of the needles and burns that pierced her but could not seem to say goodbye to the pain. Maybe it was her fear that once it was gone she would no longer have the memories so she just continued to cry through the wreckage.
